After reading the original post I checked my version of Firefox (it was 12.0) and when I actually checked, it started updating to Version 13.0...it is now done so as it stands now, I have yet to encounter any flash issues...
It would seem that since Win 7 has had 64bit for a while and FF is now at Ver 13, I cannot imagine why FF (or any other program) would have issues in a 64bit environment..then again, I am no software guru..only time will tell if I have any issues...
Cheers,

So, if you're inclined, you might try this: disable all of them except shockwave (flash), and try it again, then if it works, enable one at extension/add-on/plug-in at a time, test each time, restart the browser each time until you figure out which one is the problem, if any of them are the problem.
And BTW, you are sure all of your plugins are up to date, right? (you can check that in firefox.)

Media Go, is a Sony program. I use to extract videos and photos from my phone. Divx is video player, uses it for Movies.
With the update I noticed the crash isn't frequent as before. All the plugin's are up to date as well...
I'll try your suggestion and see how it goes.

I'm on FF 16 thanks to Nightly. Every once-in-a-while the build will be unstable, but by the next day everything is fine. It should really be called "afternoonly" since that's when I usually get the new build in Eastern time.
Periodically I'll get a message that an extension doesn't work. Honestly, the biggest issue for me is that Webex doesn't work so I have to launch that from IE, but I try to do work surfing in IE and personal surfing on my work computer in FF (nightly).
It works so much better than normal FF in 64-bit. On my personal computer (also 64-bit) I use UX since that is actually a 64-bit FF. I had been running normal FF (release channel) on my personal and nightly on my work, but after too many FF issues I switched it to UX and it is much better. I might change my work computer to UX, i'm undecided since I haven't used UX as much and I'm content with Nightly.

I'm using chrome and FF on my mac, and I'm not having the issue you're having.
Did you get a chance to experiment with the plug-ins/extensions?
I think the big change from the previous release of flash is that it's now sandboxed, so there might be some short term issues with that, especially for anybody trying to do video capture and stuff like that, but sandboxing the app is a good thing overall.
Some people are going back to the old version, but that version isn't sandboxed.
