anybody have advice about whether to pick verizon or att if you want to consider international use....will either one work better with LTE frequencies in the EU or asia? verizon looks to have a better 4g network in my home area.

The new iPad will only work with LTE in the US. It will do 3G everywhere else.

Heavier and apparently bigger than the ipad2. I think I will wait for the "newer" iPad.

Are you saying iPad2 is too big? I have both side by side and it is only a tad thicker with the new one.

The thickness is not much of a difference when compared with the 2. There is a bit of a noticeable difference in weight. Keeping it with a minimal case (e.g. smart cover with compatible back cover) will keep the weight down.

The new iPad's screen is a good enough reason to get it, the resolution is just superb. For those who switched from an iPhone 3 to 4, it's exactly that kind of jump in screen quality.

Shoulda been called the iPad 2S. A more defined screen and a bit more battery isn't enough to get me interested. I've already got a grandfathered 4G LTE unlimited hotspot with vzw, so there's no need to buy into their silly tier levels of data.

Yes, I think my iPad 2 is just fine for the time being.

Some videos that may help others on here. As some have said, the display is by far the best thing on the new ipad.
