PDF apps for iPad
I'm looking for a PDF app for the iPad that would allow me to make notes/annotations on PDFs, then transfer those files to a computer with the annotations intact, and be able to print/edit and retransfer them back to the iPad again.
Does anyone know of such an app? Do apps which let you annotate store the annotations in a format that's usable by standard full Acrobat on the Mac or is it some proprietary data that's only visible on the iPad itself?
Thanks.

I use goodreader but not sure if it will allow you all the edit functions:

However, others have posted that this app has full fledged edit functions: iannotate

I use iAnnotate a lot for this although I have started to use Goodreader. IAnnotate will do what you want. Goodreader is easier to sync with Dropbox (although iAnnotate isnt bad in this regard) but I a still exploring annotating the PDFs with it. I will probably try PDF Expert, thanks for that suggestion.
