It's a bit snug actually getting it into the case itself, but I view that as a good thing. Definitely won't slide around or just fall out. As for the clips that hold the corners in and then release so you can stand it up, not very difficult at all. Just need to apply a little pressure to the clips and it'll come right out. Seems pretty sturdy, and I don't have any issues with it bouncing when I type. Then again, I have a pretty light touch, whereas others kind of pound on the "keyboard".

I have a roocase which is lovely, but heavy. Great protection, but replacing it with a keyboard case for travel.

You might consider the Speck case available at Target. Unlike a lot of cases it uses a plastic tray to hold the back of the IPad that completely covers the sides and edges that usually seem to get dinged up. Has the usual folding stand and because it hides the edges it's much less obviously an IPad case. Most Targets see, to carry them so you can try one out. But because it is form fitting it might not hold an IPad 3.

I'm upgrading from an iPad 1 to a new iPad (ver. 3) and am looking for a new case. IMHO, the case for the iPad 1 is perfect for my wants/needs. I'm giving my "1" to my wife with the case.

I do not want a case with a keyboard, kickstand, or hand strap. It must be able to fit into my WaterField iPad EXO sleevecase. Also, I'm not into cheap looking cases. I want something with a little style and elegance.

Does anyone know if there is a case for the "new" that is similar to the case for the "1"? If not, any cases that fit the criteria that I've outlined?
