Wirelessly posted (iPhone: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A334 Safari/7534.48.3)

I use Google Apps for Domains as my mail host. I love the Gmail web UI and push email to
my iPhone.

I also use Google Voice. I love the voicemail transcription, the unified number and the cheap calls. I also love the iPhone app for making GV calls.

All was well in my communications world until Google sent me an email asking me to "migrate" to a new version of Google Apps. It sounded like a net benefit so I clicked all the boxes and off I went.

Since then, my GV has been messed up.

From what I can gather, I now have TWO GV accounts attached to the same e-mail address. The original, non-Apps account, which has my GV number attached to it and is getting my SMS and voicemails, and my (new?) Apps-enabled GV account, which has no GV number attached to it, but has all my calling credit in it.

I am still getting my voicemails / SMS sent to my Apps e-mail, but I can't log into the original account, only the Apps one, which does not get messages.

Also, the iPhone app does not appear to work with my Google Apps GV account,

Tried emailing Google on this but they tell me GV is not a core service so I don't get support on it.

The google help pages have been no help thus far.

Any ideas? I know there are FTers who use Google Apps and Voice... if there is an easy way to merge these accounts, please, please let me in on it.

Thanks!

When I migrated, I had the same thing. What solved it was logging into Google Voice with my secondary email (which is linked to my Google apps account). If you ever linked a Gmail address or backup address to Google apps, try logging in with that one.
