New iPod models
Love the iPod Touch upgrade (and ordered some). iPod Nano is interesting, but looks like it may have some usability issues. Also, a shame it doesn't do apps.
iPod Shuffle looks like Apple admitted defeat on the previous Shuffle...
AppleTV priced right, but relies too much on online/paid content for my taste. It has poor offline codec support, so I can't use the majority of my local stuff.
Still, some real winners in that lineup - as usual.

I prefer the buttons to a touchscreen for an mp3 player, so I'd rather have a leaner Classic than a bigger iTouch. I don't need the bigger screen to watch movies, as I find such an exercise ridiculous on such a minuscule screen. I like being able to control the music without removing the iPod from my pocket. And I like the big capacity, as I'm able to use it as a mobile hard drive while being able to keep all my music/photos on the same drive.

New iPods
Touch screen nano, touch with most of the iphone4 features except GPS
Torygraph
Pity no GPS as it's the one feature that I could really do with on a touch as it would make lots of iphone apps usable. Don't really give a damn about making phone or video calls over the net
And when will they make iTunes into good software rather than something you have no option but to use

or perhaps they are just hoping people will buy an iphone instead so they can make more money from the MacOlytes as they seem to be aiming this straight at the touchy-feely, OK Yah fluffheads to whom social networking is the reason for life, the universe and everything

...that both allows their large capacity but also limits how 'thin' they can go.

I remember the good old days when iPod was Apple's halo product and the speculation threads on FT would run into the hundreds of posts before each new release.
My first iPod was an original Mini, then the original Nano and finally the original Touch.
While there have been quite a few enhancements in this announcement there just isn't a wow-factor or killer feature to compel me to upgrade.
