Activating Nexus One on TMO requires Android package
BB and iPhone user, thinking of finally getting N1. Have read that downloading emails on N1 with TMO is slow, even with 3G coverage? l know this is problem with my iPhone, nothing beats the BB.
Will I be disappointed with Nexus One? Appreciate the feedback.

I just spent 15 minutes with Level 3 tech support at TMO and they insisted that if I use N1, would have to swap my current BB internet/data pkg to a Android package (same price).
In fact, without the Android package, can't even activate the normal voice features.....
I even asked: if I add another line on family plan for use with N1, i need to purchase android package in order to 'activate' the phone? YES - because google requires you to log on first to your gmail account to activate the phone and you can't even get wifi access until the phone is activated?
Help!
