Non-US proxy server for video?
I'm looking for a reliable proxy server, preferably in Canada or Europe, that is fast enough to stream video. I wouldn't mind paying a reasonable fee.
Anyone have any experience with one?

Best Tech support on VPN
StrongVPN is the only VPN service that has 24x7 live tech support. I am a retired airline employee who still travels the world. I pay only $7/month and have access via my Mac and ipad and iphone to watch my Netflix, HBOgo, Facebook, etc.

I second the VPN route if you're just viewing video.
Before I setup my own server in my house, I used SurfBouncer when around the world - it has servers in various countries (US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc...) so you can pick the one geographically closest to you and hopefully get the best bandwidth/latency.
