I like the specs of this one. But at $695 retail at amazon. That's a bit over priced.

I disagree, it's a great value. Thin and light always costs more, especially when you have > 10 hours of battery.

Use it as a a handy look up device, something like a pocket dictionary. I don't know about the U.S., but in many countries they had pockets editions such as Collins English Gem Dictiionary. On the other hand, you could get a good price. Netbook's recent popularity has pushed up the price a bit after a slight downturn. I am looking for a dead MSI Wind. My back cracked and does not seal well with the rest of the body. Sometimes adjusting the screen angle moves the keyboard just so that it pushes the on/off button and turns the lap top off.
One more thing: Don;'t let the lack of a DVD drive be a hindrance. I use the DVD drive bulit into my son's laptop to install software and to write to it. Just enable sharing of that drive and it will show up on your netbook under your network places.
