Travel insurance for USA travel

What are some good insurance plans for travel to USA on tourist visa for 6 months? The travel will be from India to USA. Age of traveler is 65.

Am not sure if I can mention website which offer travel insurance plans.

What kind of travel insurance are you looking for, medical, medical evacuation, trip cancellation/interruption?

A six months US medical insurance policy for a 65 years old is going to be quite expensive.
