Traveling while pregnant

My wife is traveling internationally in a few weeks, and she'll be 26-28 weeks during her trip. G2P1, and everything normal across the board. Any suggestions on what would be the right insurance for her to get? She is being provided with local traveler's medical insurance that doesn't seem to cover anything related to pregnancy. I've never purchased any insurance beyond what the credit card (Sapphire Reserve) provides so don't really know much in this area.

Also any other considerations for pregnancy we should be aware of? She did travel transcon with the first pregnancy so all of the stuff about sitting in the aisle and getting regular walks we know about. We also checked with the airline about their requirements and we seem to be covered there other than the insurance requirement (which they seem to require but I'm suspicious about whether they check.

I’ve read that some airlines restrict travel as early as 28 weeks. Have you checked the airlines? Doctors letter that she’s safe to fly?

What country will she be in?

The strange things are that 1) the airline requires specifically that it covers pregnancy and 2)forget reasonably priced, I can't find anything period

Please see original post, where I said that I checked on all the airline requirements and we're good. They require a doctor's note after 28 but we're good.
Country is Israel
