Rimowa Salsa Air Handlebar
I am potentially interested in the Salsa Air due to how lite it is, but the one thing I am worried about is the handlebar. Does anyone have experience trying to place bags over the handlebar using a luggage strap? Are you able to keep it stable or does it keep slipping around?

I'm in the minority here I think, but I have been able to make the Salsa Air handle work with a briefcase pass through strap without much difficulty.
I have a BR @work large expandable brief which rides atop the Salsa Air cabin roller. I first fully extend the handle and put it through the pass-through and then I slide the brief's handles over the salsa air's handle. Then I slide the handle down a notch or 2 until it's gently squishing the brief.
Used this way, I haven't had any issues with sliding or spinning or rolling the combo.
