Take it into a Tumi store. I have had various bits repaired/replaced over the years “while you wait”. Other repairs have been completed at a repair centre and the bag courier-delivered to my home FOC...

Over the phone the local Tumi store promised to replace the wheels while I wait but when I showed up they didn't have them available.
They replace my entire Alpha 2 carry-on for free when they expected to not be able to source the replacement wheels within a week. Dropped off the luggage and got a call next day to pick up a brand new one.

I wonder if Tumi is willing to provide the non-outlet version wheels as replacement vs the outlet ones. I would assume the mounting is the same, can I just walk into a Tumi store and ask for replacements?
