I really don't know. One thing is sure that when I took pictures, none of my photos show top of mountains!
It is known however, all mountain tops surrounding Flam are covered with snow and ice (see this Google Earth screeshot).
When we were on the short cruise from Flam to Guvangen (along Aurlandsjford), we saw mountains like photos below:
Norway In A Nutshell is one hell of an adventure. Everyone should try it once.
