Great shot and funny enough I solved my own little mystery yesterday.
No photo since it was already at 34,000 ft. But often see a 4 costrail plane fly up the coast past Monterey. Finally got on FlightRadar and found out it was SQ A380 LAX-NRT.

Sorry I did not snap I picture but I don't think it would have come out that great through the glass at the gate.
I did spot at Love Field yesterday a white 747 with the words STATE OF KUWAIT on it. The was nothing else painted on this plane except tail numbers and maybe a small Kuwaiti flag. It looked very governmental (is that a word?) I am guessing this is the Kuwaiti governments version of Air Force 1?

Yep that is it. According to that forum it has been there since july 2015 probably having the entire interior redone. They said a company that does that sort of high end stuff has a shop there. Can you imagine getting to fly around in that for your personal aircraft I for one think that would be one of the best things about being the president.
As POTUS you'd get two 747s.
