Car Seat Rules for Spain
Hi...hope someone can help me out with this. We are leaving for MAD on Sunday out of ATL.
Our last visit our little one was 20 months and we dragged the carseat along. This visit she is 35 months, do you need carseat in Spain? I had heard conflicting reports, one said they just have to seat in the backseat belted in. Others said it required a car seat. I'm wondering if I should request a carseat and hope they have one. We really don't want to drag one along.
