Caution with rubber dart gun: child killed

I saw on the internet http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2002/...308301722.html (this link may only be good for a few days)
where a 6 year old boy was given a rubber dart gun one morning. Later that day, the child put it in his mouth, fired, and suffocated. You have to be cautious with rubber dart guns!

Blowdart guns are obviously dangerous. I knew a kid who got shot in the eye years ago.
