Yes ... the COE app now includes Samui+ as a selection on the first page, entering under sandbox program, then you pick which one, Phuket or Samui Plus
This is the pop-up you get when selecting Samui Plus.

Where is this hotel list (officially)?

The target was 70% to be partially vaccinated, and that target has now been met. Samui is still getting more vaccines than elsewhere, but it's no longer the free for all it was for a few days. Looks like I've missed my chance at getting a jab here.

The vaccination programme in Samui only started a month or so ago and bearing in mind it's 3 months between doses here, half vaccination was clearly as far as they were going to get before the opening. Still, it means in a few months they'll be at their target. The only question whether the AZ/ Sinovac mix is going to be effective enough if/ when Delta comes.

Trust, but verify.
There is a shortage of vaccines.
The gov't just announced that AZ/SiamBiosciences has slipped their production/deliveries by at least five months.
I think the plan will be, in the face of this shortage, to vaccinate as many people as possible with one dose. And worry about the second dose, or booster, or whatever their plan is next year.

TATNews email last night with updated FAQs and info on the Samui+ program.
The first 7 nights must be (fully prepaid including testing) at a Samui Extra Plus hotel (these were formerly AQ hotels, which are formerly ALQ hotels, but are no longer AQ or ALQ hotels), remain in room on "Day 0" until you get the results from the first test, Day 1 - 3: Chilling at Hotel, Day 4 - 7 Can leave hotel using "sealed routes", .... The next 7 nights are at an SHA+ Hotel.

You have to contact each Samui Extra Plus hotels individually for pricing and info. Email addresses are in the TATNews Post.
Notes: At BKK, you have to arrive and disembark at Gate E10 only? How do you have any control over that?
