Missing Mileage Problems
I've flown TG something like 200 times in my life and never had a single problem with mileage crediting to ROP or to any other program, provided my FF number was entered correctly. Also I never had a problem in crediting non-TG flights to my ROP account. I've had plenty of problems when crediting non-TG flights to non-ROP FFPs, but no problems when TG or ROP has been involved.
But in the past month or so I've had two TG flights that I had entered my ROP number on, and it printed correctly on the boarding pass, but no miles. The first one I already put in a request with ROP to claim the missing miles, about 10 days ago, and still no miles. I'm wondering if this is some statistical abnormality or if they've maybe changed something in their system and miles are having difficulty in being properly credited now. As a reference point, I flew something like 20+ flights during that time (I flew a lot of domestic segments) and all of the domestic flights credited fine, but two of the international ex-BKK flights did not.
Wondering if anyone else is having this same problem?

I would wait one more week. I've never had any problem with miles flown on TG being credited to my ROP account, however I have had issues with miles flown on SQ before and the ROP people sorted it out for me within a week.

Hi A_Lee. In my experience, TG are excellent in this field, never had a problem, since an initial hiccup years ago, which in hindsight was really my fault anyway. It was BKK that fixed everything up back then. The cards that causes me grief are QF and GA, regards bkkrop

Same here. They were 100% up until last month. In reviewing my flights again, I noticed that both times the miles were missing, I had checked in at the BKK counters (*G counters if that makes any difference). On my ex-BKK flights where I got my boarding pass elsewhere and was just transiting, the miles posted ok. Miles posted for trips in February all posted fine, including flights ex-BKK where I checked in there. If TG's track record wasn't so good I wouldn't think anything of it, but after having such a long perfect experience, then having two back-to-back missing miles under the same circumstances, I tend to believe it could very well be a problem with BKK checkin. Have you or anyone else posted miles for ex-BKK flights in March or April?

14-21 days? Wow, I've never had my miles take more than a week. Usually about 3 or 4 days. I've had a couple other TG flights after the last missing miles already post, and many flight after the first missing miles post. My first missing miles are going on 4 weeks, so well beyond your 21 days.
