Greetings from Australia:
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year (my adopted home language)
Šťastné a Veselé Vánoce a Hodně Štěstí v Novém Roce (my mother tongue)
And few other languages that I speak/read (these might not be correct as natives would use them, but what I would use):
Veselé Vianoce a šťastný nový rok (slovak)
Frohe Weihnachten und einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr (german)
Веселого Рождества и счастливого Нового Года (russian)

Some middle eastern stuff
שנה אזרחית טובה
Shana Ezrachit Tova (the "ch" is like g in dutch)
(hebrew: good civil year, civil being the calendar used by non-orthodox jews)
Kol A'am Wa'anta Becheir (ch = g in dutch)
(arabic: every year, and you are fine).
