Seat Assignment on Codeshare?
Hi,
I am flying on UA3978 which is a codeshare on flight TG 910 (BKK - LHR).
I called united and asked for a seat assignment and they said they cannot do it, call Thai.
I called Thai and asked for a seat assignment and they said they cannot do it, call United.
What the ?><_()*^&* is going on there?
I finally called back United, and the supervisor had to call Thai and tell them directly to assign me a seat and bla, bla, bla. It was a hassle.
As anybody else had any problem with that?
By the way, this is not a cheap ticket. It is a business class ticket!
