Thanks for the pics, they were great! One question though, so between TG and LH in F, which one do you prefer? While I hear TG service to be consistently good in F, I also hear that LH is very professional, attentive, and efficient. How would you compare the services? products? Thanks!

The First Class Terminal in FRA was excellent! No beating that. When I arrived at the First Terminal, I was greeted by a very friendly lady (Personal Assistant) and escorted straight thru security and seated. By the time drink arrived, my 'PA' arrived back with boarding passes in hand. She constantly check on me to see if everything was OK during my stay. You will always have one PA assigned to you for your visit.
On the other hand, I have always found TG very average on the ground. Had to wait 10 minutes to be escorted from check in. Not much for seamless service. Lounges very quite yet still had to approach the staff for service rather than the other way around. From a country which has such high service standards, I always feel a bit left down by TG on the ground.
Product wise, I preferred the TG beds. The LH seats, while comfortable, are very old fashioned now. If I travel alone, it's great to have the privacy the individual seats afford. This trip, the service on LH was truly First Class. Had a very friendly lady looking after us. She couldn't do enough for us. But this isn't always the way
The TG service was fantastic. There were only 3 of us on this flight. The other person slept most of the way, so we had 2 FA's to us. They were both extremely polite and couldn't do enough to help. Every time I looked up, I could see a shadow emerging from behind me ... it was the crew checking to see if everything was OK. Every time I went to the bathroom, they would run to straighten the duvet, remove glasses etc. If anything, a little to helpful!
I would use both products again but if I could fly TG and use the LH First Class Terminal ... I would be a very happy man!

I had the pleasure to get the new seats on a recent trip (SYD-BKK - HS-TGJ). They are really fantastic and the crew are consistently great.
Thanks for sharing the photos.

i have been on the new thai first class 3 times now.
i love it, only funny thing was , that on my flight to syndney, they couldnt get the food trolley to the front as the trolley width was too big. so they lifted it up... this was quite funny and many of the pax started smiling
using the F terminal in FRA and flying thai first class would be great

Would you guys argue that TG F is now on par with SQ and NH?
Also, can someone help me out with this question?

Wow.....thanks for the pictures....
The new TG F service looks a LOT like CX's.....The meals and presentation bear quite a bit of similarities..... Without the notation I would have thought at first glance I was looking at CX F meal service......
