With all these services limiting allowances to Y pax to whatever degree are people being asked to present their BPs at fast track immi?

I had a look at the site but it looks like they are quoting $99 usd for arrival service at swampy, is that right?! Services I've used in the past were closer to $40 USD.
Also noticed the following notice on their site...
"IMPORTANT: As of July 23rd 2018, if any passenger in the group is arriving on an international flight in the ECONOMY class cabin, please contact us by email for special arrangements to be made"
...I assume you've spoken to them, is there an additional surcharge to the $99 for economy passengers?

but it also depends whether golf cart from gate is included or not...

You can also usually buy VIP arrival service through your hotel. I've been booking gate pick-up and hotel car with SGS. They mark the service up a little bit, but it's a seamless experience and many of us think it substantially increases your upgrade odds.

I am staying at the SGS and had just asked them if they are continuing to offer the service to Y passengers to which they replied in the affirmative. Cost is 2,150 for the first pax and 1,500 p/p for additionals.

I should have been more specific in that I was curious about inbound because I can't remember being asked in the past. If there are stringent restrictions being put in place for Y pax then requesting inbound BPs could happen more frequently.

Yes. It's certainly worked for me at SGS.
2150 would not include limo. It should include the buggy. It's 4450 THB for VIP pick-up (buggy) and limo (E class Merc) for one person. 1500 per person extra, up to three in the car. 700 THB upcharge for an S class.
It's not cheap, but the total price is about what I pay for car service alone (Uber Black) at SFO. After 20+ hours travel it's a real treat.

I came in to Fast Track (Not the Premium Lane) opposite D4 this week and saw two Y passengers with Premium Passes being turned away by the Immigration Officer. I also saw other Business passengers using the Premium Lane passes so it wasn't just the fact that they were trying to access the TG Fast Track with Premium Passes.

I came through yesterday inbound on SQ from SIN. Interestingly they did not hand out fast track cards in SQ J. I didn't follow up since I had a gate pickup. A couple interesting points . . . I was actually escorted by a woman wearing a Thai Immigration Authority badge and she took me through the fancy "Diplomats, etc." portal rather than plain old fast track. She asked for my BP, I told her it was electronic, and that's what she told the immigration officer. They did not ask to look at my phone.
Oh and yes, I scored a fabulous upgrade at SGS

Also, and I can't speak to this since I'm no longer PG Premier, but those members received Fast Track previously even when in Y.

I guess they finally start to differentiate a bit between Premium Lane and TG Fast Track but it is certainly to early to tell that there is any fundamental change in policy

How to speed through immigration
What?! I haven’t been to BKK in years so am trying to plan my best course of action.
I am traveling to/from BKK on TG in J as a *A Gold member
Will I (US Passport) have Fast Track or some other Premium faster way through immigration?
Inbound and/or outbound?
Thank you for any advice!
