Funny, I listen (actually read would be more appropriate) quite well. I didn't want to be rude to you, but your first reponse showed a lack of understanding and since then the responses have become quite obtuse. Hard to understand how a complaint about a failure of customer service towards a paying customer can be dealt with by in this fashion. Maybe, too much social media causing a rise in anti-social behavior. You know what they say about opinions....
