but most of the airlines, who have A380 brought it already back; and TG has routes where the demand would be sufficient to run the A380...

Demand is certainly there but its going to be very challenging bringing TG A380 back into service

I don't believe any of the A350s have F. According to Thai crew I have spoken with on recent flights they will have F only on 777/A380.

Any chance Thai will resume flights to Moscow?. Right now there are an insane amount of Russians everywhere in Thailand. Most airlines in Asia pacific have stopped flying to Moscow like SQ and KE, but Air China, China Eastern, and Hainan have resumed Moscow flights, and Moscow would only need 1 frame unlike Auckland and cities in Western Europe.

Even with all of the competition from Russian carriers, Moscow would still be a money maker, I bet probably more than Oslo, Vienna Brussels, Rome and Milan which were also the routes TG flew before covid. Or are there any rumours that one of those are being resumed?

Aeroflot is selling round trips from Moscow to BKK/HKT for 600-700 USD (depending on how trustworthy the exchange rate is) with wide open availability every day in the near future.
And demand TO Russia is almost nonexistent. (Edit: and is available for similar pricing from Aeroflot anyway)

Why do you think that?

Also, Thailand has historically taken a neutral stance to the conflict, hence probably why TG avoids Russian airspace - and why likely TG would not return to Russia anytime soon.

Sorry to say, but I think your assumption is a bit naive - there is zero business travel to/from Russia, and as others have said, the market is currently cheap tourist fares.

If demand suddenly picks up this summer nothing is stopping them from adding flights later, but that seems exceptionally unlikely.
As a more general idea to any route resumption or even capacity increase like bring back A380s, I think that THAI and many other carriers are finding that it's not necessarily wise to simply max out capacity and fly as many routes as they can. Using capacity discipline is a better way to stay profitable, especially if they have already cut back on aircraft and staff in 2020.
