A 90 minute transit will be plenty sufficient. I can't think of any good reason for a longer connection. Just a total waste of a day.

Comming to bkk in F tg911 around 6am and departing for Phuket at 9.30am. IF they let me use the F lounge for a shower, will I later be escorted to my domestic departure?

first unlikely
second rather not; escort from F lounge only if you departure in F!
likely scenario is that they escort you through transit immigration, security to domestic lounge (unfortunately no shower)
