Strange DFW AA Terminals Question

Disagree rather significantly with using the landside Terminal Link shuttle. I used to commute to/from DFW regularly.
Land, deplane, and take Skylink to where your car is. Drive your car back to baggage claim, where you can park adjacent to the terminal in 1 hour parking. Go inside and get your bags and leave.
Not only do you not have to lug your bags onto and off of the shuttle, but you also can kill 15 minutes you'd otherwise be spending standing around the baggage claim waiting for your bags. Or the shuttle.
