When I log in to chat, I get stuck on the "connect" screen.

Same here. 10:48 EST 11/29/09. I realize they're dealing w/ the cyber attack thing, but this was part of FT you could count on when the rest hit the can. It's obviously not a big priority for them to fix. Cheers.

Still down again

Surprise, Surprise! Chat is up tonight! The good news: I was able to log in and post stuff onto chat and it appeared on the screen. Also, I never got booted from chat! The bad news: Another chatter came in, was able to post a couple of sentences and then couldn't post anymore. But at least it's functional at the moment :)

Nice to hear that YEGcited, but I just tried now and it doesn't work again. Still can't connect to server, hopefully it works soon.

Zippo for me last night also. tried two or three different times, still got the same error as before.

Maybe it only works in the Arctic. ;)

For me that generally means wait about 20 min until the system resets.

Of course, I still can't manage to get in at all, so what do I know. ;)

It's the same problem that's been plaguing chat for most of the past few weeks. I can enter the room but then zippo.

I guess I should have savoured extra hard the taste of FT Chat that I had last night.

Has worked for me from work today and yesterday but nada from either home computer. Bizarre.
