Message tracking
Does this work at all? It is discussed briefly in FAQ but it is not clear. Does it work for some members and not others? If so, why?.

Good catch.
This feature was disabled quite awhile back after we received numerous requests from members to do so, as the notifications were perceived as a nuisance. We obviously failed to update the FAQ.
Message tracking is still enabled for administrators and moderators. This section of the FAQ will be updated.
