Incorrect buttons on Edit screen

Incorrect buttons on Edit screen
When I edit a post the buttons are sometimes (less than 50% of the time) incorrectly labeled.
"Save" becomes "Vote Now"
"Go Advanced" becomes "Save"
and "Delete" is deleted.
I'm using Google Chrome 1.0.154.46 on WinXP.
