Email notifications
I've stopped receiving email notifications for some (many?) of the threads i've subscribed to. Is this a known issue? It began sometime last week.

FWIW, it was reported by the OP in http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=836141. I don't know if there was any resolution, as there wasn't anything posted after reporting it.
