A subscription bug?

I just noticed that the list of subscribed threads in MyFlyerTalk seemed to not include several threads I'd started.

It turns out that when I post a new thread, setting the dropdown to Instant Email Notification doesn't do anything. But if I later go to the thread, and pick Subscribe to This THread from the Thread Tools menu, it does add the subscription.

I don't know if this is related to my never getting emails about new posts to my threads, but it's definitely a bug.

This is an ongoing issue that I brought to the tech team's attention some time ago... they said they were working on it... but no resolution yet.

I can add the subscription over and over and I am still not getting notified... very frustrating when you ask a question and don't even know if someone respond

I have just this week experienced the same problem. I cannot seem to get instant subscription notices no matter what I do- I tried subscribing when starting the thread and later went back to subscribe. I don't get anything.

I have not tried subscribing to daily or anything else to see if that works.

Thanks.

We have had a few reports of mail delivery issues from a few sites. We are looking into it.
