Question Why does one thread 'beachball' and crash in Safari?

http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=539433

I am browsing on a Mac with Safari and for some reason the above linked thread just 'beachballs' and crashed all my other Safari windows

I can read it using IE for Mac without issue but am wondering if there is a reason why. I can't think of one....not being a techincal minded person that is

Thanks
Fraser

It could be that Safari was not liking something in the adcode that was running on that page at the time you were looking at it. I am able to view the page with Safari without a problem right now, can you view it now?

FWIW, I had no trouble just now opening the thread in Safari 2.0.3 under Mac OS 10.4.5.
