Is there any reason that there can't be a "sticky" where people can go to find out about operational issues, instead of wading through multiple threads by people asking the same questions?
Additionally, is it possible to give some estimate of the time frame for fixing this problem? It has been going on for several weeks and countless threads have asked when it will be repaired. Just give us any info so we can set expectations.

Search not working
I'm logged on, with "Welcome, ether." but when I try to use the search function it brings me back to the login page and when I login again, it still refuses to let me search. Please help!

You may be able to ask a Mod to do a search for you. When this happened a few months back I think Mods were still able to search. Worth a try...

New Posts
Sevaral problems here:-
(1) When clicking on 'new posts' link, I was presented with a login page despite having been logged in.
(2) My subscribed thread no longer post the content to my email account. I've also checked that I have not unsubsribed accidentally.
Any ideas out there to help sort out the issues above?
Any advice gratefully accepted.
Many thanks.

Apparently, no one knows what is going on. Even the Moderators. I wonder if Randy knows everything is screwed up? I am ready to start looking for a better frequent flyer newsgroup or at least one that works. Any suggestions?

Sorry to keep being the squeeky wheel about this, but enough of the Talkboard elections and let's try and fix the functionality of the site.
