Is there any reason that there can't be a "sticky" where people can go to find out about operational issues, instead of wading through multiple threads by people asking the same questions?
Additionally, is it possible to give some estimate of the time frame for fixing this problem? It has been going on for several weeks and countless threads have asked when it will be repaired. Just give us
any info so we can set expectations.
