Thanks John. And this only is an issue on XP? I used the same IP links (and not the domain) when I was on Win2000 and I didn't have any problems with cookies.

chexfan, maybe try clearing cookies from both flyertalk.com and the IP address.

No it can be a problem on a Mac or Linux box as well. Some recent changes to cookie pathing may have exacerbated the issue for some people.
