My PM's don't seem to arrive!

Okay, as soon as someone goes into their flyertalk, they can see - CLEARLY - that there is a message. It is even bolded!

Recently, I have been under the impression that my PMs don't even arrive at their destination! I ALWAYS ask for a read-receipt, and even though I see that the last time the person logged on was just 5 minutes ago, the PM that I sent yesterday STILL hasn't been read.

What to do?

Perhaps they haven't read it yet? You can PM me for a test.

Not everyone uses the "My Flyertalk" option so they don't see it bolded.

Others just don't like the PM process and ignores them. I think there is even an option to shut down PMs, for those that won't use it at all, but you should have been warned that the recipient won't get the PM in that case.
