Account renamed
I recently logged in for the first time in quite a few years and found the number 1 had been added to my username albeit my email address has not changed. I've lost all my private messages, my forum subscriptions and my previous posts do not appear to be associated with my account (which I've had since 2008).
- How do I get it reversed?
- Has anyone else had this before?
- Did FT outsource its IT systems to British Airways?

Did you accidentally make a second account in 2008?
I am happy to merge the two accounts with the initial one surviving. Please message me if you'd like me to do so. Are you able to log into that initial account?
