Account renamed
 

I recently logged in for the first time in quite a few years and found the number 1 had been added to my username albeit my email address has not changed. I've lost all my private messages, my forum subscriptions and my previous posts do not appear to be associated with my account (which I've had since 2008).

- How do I get it reversed?
- Has anyone else had this before?
- Did FT outsource its IT systems to British Airways?
