Time zone issue

I have the timezone set to Eastern Australia and with DST set to automatic
The FT system is now giving the time that is am hour ahead od the actual time - DST is already in effect so seems to have added +1 hour on top of the +1 hour already in place.

DST ends here in a few weeks - there hasn't been an additional jump recently

Hi Dave,

Thanks for posting. As we're a US-based site with a primarily US-centric userbase, our DST refers to the American switch over, which happened this past weekend. Apologies for the inconvenience.

In that case, why is the timezone correct for me in the UK? We don't move our timezone for a couple of weeks yet.

Sounds like the DST rules for the relevant timezone in Aus has got an incorrect definition, there shouldn't be linkage to US DST rules. And of course when Aus and those down under do transition timezone they will be going from Summer to Winter time, so the other direction to us lot up top.

On my Android cell phone I changed the displayed time zone on FlyerTalk four months ago. Now I am ready to change it back, but can't remember how I did it.
