Why is this forum (Tech Support/Feedback) so hard to find?

It seems like the only way to navigate to it (unless you have a thread in your list) is to use the "All Forums" directory?

I suppose it just depends on your browsing technique. I see it right there on the index page every day.

My bookmarked "entry" page for FT is https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/usercp.php where I have this forum among my Subscribed Forums, underneath the list of Subscribed Threads that have new posts.
IMO more prominent placement (not buried in a menu) would help make other less-engaged FTers realize there is a place to post about and find resolutions for tech support issues.

That link does not lead to the same page as your screenshot for me. Instead it redirects to the "trending" page: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trending.php (see below)

Goes to https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trending.php instead of FlyerTalk Forums (https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/index.php)

But that's not what the item says - it says "All Forums". "All Forums" should go to all forums or https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/index.php as it is titled.

OK - then I'm unclear as to what/why https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trending.php is different than https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/index.php.

In my case (android), I need to click on "directory" to get to the list page, and then scroll down to see support and services.

I like your hamburger icon tip. If that became the default way to navigate, it might resolve much of the confusion.

Solved it: If you have "Trending Homepage" enabled, that link directs you to the trending homepage. If you have it disabled, it sends you to the old thread index. It's just going to send you to whichever forum homepage you have set.
No, I am not going to ask tech to change that behavior.
