I was under the impression that this was generally resolved. Unfortunately, I may have been mistaken.
In trying to open an old PM I sent back in February, I received the following: TypeError: count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, bool given in ..../private.php on line 1569 Desktop or mobile? Desktop Reproduced in multiple browsers? Which do/don’t work (we at least need to know the initial browser)? Chrome Steps to reproduce the issue: Open old sent PM Reproduced on incognito mode/private window? N/A - can't access PMs without logging in When did this problem start? Right now, though I haven't tried to open an old PM in a while -J. |
I was able to open a received PM from a few months ago w/o issue this evening (Safari on iPhone); more importantly, the link therein worked as expected

https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/tech...ort-issue.html We use Jira internally, but that's what I report on, so it's sort of like... I make the tickets for everyone. ACL has been broken and not related. The external site we were using broke. We're going to put together our own when we've patched up the bugs we have now Interesting on the Jira. I know a friend of mine is familiar with that. From a glance at it, it seems like it could have a customer facing form where tickets could just be made automatically (making your job easier since you'd just have to cleanup/route the tickets vs creating them). |

Perhaps you could leverage a third-party application such as Google Forms, Office Forms, Survey Monkey, or similar.

https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/members/hailstorm.html So that link works when I'm not logged in, but still gives the above error when I am logged in (which seems to prove that the issue is server based, not browser based) |
I keep getting the following message when trying to access the site from my computer. Occasionally I can get to my UserCP but then it reverts to this when I try to navigate through. No issues on mobile though as far as I can tell.

PHP Type error
I got the following error
TypeError: sizeof(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given in ..../group.php on line 687 when visiting https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/groups/all.html Can any admin look into this? Also, it's the 21 century, why are we still using the legacy php forum... I wonder if there are plans to migrate to a more modern forum software with better mobile support (and ideally with mobile apps) |
