contacting administrator?
I have a new email address. I went into my profile to change it but it won't allow me to do so, saying my new email address is unaccetable. I get a window explaining if I think this is wrong, click it to be referred to the administrator. That doesn't work either. So now I have alerts and messages going to a defunct email address and I cannot get through to an administrator nor change to my current but unusual email address.

Unless a mod sees this and can assist, onceiflewoften you might need to wait until Monday or Tuesday when one of the InternetBrands admins like IBJoel can assist.

Use the Contact Us link which can be found in the Help menu of the mobile site or at the bottom of the page of the desktop version.

Well, clearly this didn't work as any messages and alerts went to the defunct email address and I only saw that I'd had a response because I managed, somehow, to get back into my FT account to ask a new travel related question. Of course, I now don't see replies to that. I will see if I can find help somewhere else within the platform.
