How to delete a post
How do I delete a duplicate post? I got a "too short" error message so made a new post, but then they both posted.
(Sorry, didn't search here for "delete post"; not sure how to search a specific forum; other searches had too many results.)

My suggestion is to flag your duplicate post by using the red triangle icon on the lower left of the screen to "Alert a moderator to this post." This will send an alert to the moderator(s) of the forum in which your duplicate post appears and they can delete it on your behalf. As a courtesy, I made this request on your behalf to the moderators of the Delta SkyMiles Forum and they have removed your extra post.
To answer the question you posed in that thread, there is a minimum character limit for posts as a control against abusive behavior such as "post-paddng" and other types of messages that would violate this sites Rules.
