Cannot access Coupon Connection due to technical problem
What's going on with coupon connection? I could get into it this morning, but now I can't get past 2/28/17 rules by agreeing to them. The page just keeps coming back to the rules.

Same happening to me.
While not a "fix" for the stuck/broken rules page, if you click on whichever thread is in the "last post" column in the list of forums, you can read that thread and then use the "previous thread" or "next thread" links to get to the other threads in CC. Not a great solution, but better than none at all I guess.
