Well, it's dead. We feel much like the PAX sitting on a jet going nowhere at an airport, and nobody comes on the speaker.
What say you, Randy, et al? You can even say you don't know what's going on, and I would accept that.

I haven't been able to get on for 3 days, but I found an okay work-around. If you do a search on the American board for a recent topic (upgrade, CDG hell, etc.) You can open that thread and then click on "Next Newest Thread" and that works.
Hopefully they'll get it running again soon -- it's a great service and we appreciate the efforts. Considering the amount of lurking I do and research on new cities, I wouldn't even mind paying a few dollars voluntarily per month for FT.

It is back to being slugggggish again. Hopefully, they'll take a look at it on Monday. Randy posted in Community that he was going to MacWorld last week so maybe he took the techy types with him and no one has been able to find out what the problem is.

not that you need to hear it's slow or not responding again - however I'll add my name to the list of those who either haven't been able to access AA or the speed is very slow. I will agree it's since the maintence a few days ago. Good luck and thanks for working on the fix.

Again, not that I think we're entitled to anything, this being a free service, and a very good one in all other respects. But still, would be nice to see a more "customer-friendly" approach on this issue...

It's Simday afternoon -- I haven't been able to get on AA since Thursday. Come on guys, we need this up.
I did like the idea of taking over Ansett Air.

Browser incompatibility?
Just got back yesterday and find that I cannot access the AA board at all with Internet Explorer, but can do successfully with Netscape.
Anybody else have similar problem/success, and if so, any idea why?
