My experience last night and this morning is it works for about two or three minutes, then it crashes. Try again 15-20 minutes later and repeat.

What works for me

I was having a great deal of trouble reaching flyertalk.com but if I use the IP address directly i.e. 64.78.185.85 then I get to the site with no problem. Not sure why the DNS resolution is causing so many problems.

Thank you, thank you!! That made a huge difference! Now it's flying again. It's been off-and-on crawling all day

Indeed, using the numeric address http://64.78.185.85 really makes a huge difference. I've even bookmarked it for future use. ^

Thumbs up Thanks ORD4R

The difference is like night and day. No hanging pages, no timeouts, no giving up reading after only halfway through the forums. Really fast loading now. Hope it'll stay that way.

Wasn't even able to access FT yesterday, though I tried at several different times. Was able to access today. Glad my first stop was this thread, as using the IP address has made a world of difference. Thanks for pointing it out, ORD4R! ^

Still timing-out after a few minutes if I use www.flyertalk.com, but when using the IP it works fine.
