Whew ... I was wondering if it was this new laptop, for which
united.com loads up in a flash, but FT crawls at its petty pace ...

Hey everyone. A network issue occurred last night starting at 11pm Pacific Time. The issue should have been fixed earlier this morning.

A lot better than a few hours ago, but still pretty slow compared to normal. Anywhere from 5 seconds to 30 seconds for pages to load. In particular, the process of replying to threads takes an age.

Where I live, the problems ended about an hour or so ago.

Ok. I will report it. In the meantime, let me know if it gets better.

Test

and follow up edit: OK, that all took a few seconds in total including this edit, so looking much better.

All seems to be back to normal now for me, too - many thanks for fixing it.
