Pop-ups are back

Pop-ups are back
I've had pop-ups twice in the past hour, most recently on the Buzz Forum. The pop-up has a topic: "Hello? Did you forget about Mother's Day?" with links for gift purchases.

I'm sorry, but I don't know the company that was advertising. I clicked on the pop-up to go to the next level but it was buried too deeply and I didn't have the time to go further.
I'm not the only one who experienced the problem:

However, I only had two incidents yesterday and none today.
