What happened to the postings of the past 4 days ?

Ummmm, hello !!??

There are quite a few threads whose postings from April 6 - 9 are today, April 10, missing?

Did the system crash? Did we use the wrong back-up?

Am I just getting senile ?

I think you're getting senile (j/k)

don't feel bad; I'm already there...

seriously though, it looks like there's a lot of 4/10 posts up there right now. Is there a specific forum you can point me to?

Several threads got corrupted and then invalid date stamps on them. See http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum42/HTML/000207.html for an example. If you SHOW ALL TOPICS (rather than just last day or 5 days), you should see the missing thread at the VERY END of all the listings.

I am pointing out the above one to see if FT tech support can revive it.

If others find their threads, they should post them here to be "fixed"

Stephen and BB, thanks for the heads-ups...

We'll check them out and see what can be done.

Thanks for the feedback all. Can you tell me if it's happening all over the place or only in certain forums? I appreciate your help and your continued patience.

Others had reported missing threads in other fora but I could only find the SAS one (looking for similar time stamp anomalies at the end of all forum listings). If you search for mixed (star alliance awards I think, but you just need mixed in the search) in the subject line for SAS you will pop up the thread above.

The thread above now contains postings that seem to have come from a planned FT gathering somewhere. When I first opened it up, it was about the mixed star alliance rewards. When I posted to it in the hopes of reviving it, it looks like it just corrupted it further and the mixed star alliance reward info was deleted.
